The Publication
Future Leaders is an annual publication which profiles 150 of Britain’s most outstanding university students, with a longstanding focus on students of African and African Caribbean heritage. It is aimed at school, sixth-form, college and university students and is used as a role model guide to inspire and raise aspiration and attainment.

The publication is launched at our annual Future Leaders Lunch, which brings together selected students and organisations including ITV, EY, Accenture, MediaCom, J.P. Morgan, PwC and HSBC.

Nominations
All students featured in Future Leaders are nominated through a formal nomination process and assessed against the programme’s published criteria. Shortlisted candidates are invited to attend a follow-up interview, after which the final 150 are selected for inclusion in the publication, launched each September.
